This part of smartMorph allows the user to set-up non-linear animation of morph targets. The problem with linear morph animation is that everything is moving in a stright line, which means that it will look unnatural and unrealistic. In nature a character's movement can actually be traced in arcs, this is where smartMorph can help.
It is very straight-forward to use the Sequencer tool to achieve more natural results. This can be very handy, especially for lip-sync and situations where linear interpolation may cause artifacts. Also, with a little help of weight maps you can paint delay values for morphs to get very interesting and unique results.
